Transferring Your Reseller Data to the New Tracker
This will take you step by step on how to transfer your reselling data from the old tracker to the new tracker!
Step 1: Unlock Spreadsheet
First, you will need to unlock the spreadsheet. Navigate to the top ribbon and select “Review”. Then, select “Unprotect Sheet”. Input ‘7568’ and click Enter.

Step 2: Copy Data & Paste into the New Workbook
With the file unlocked, navigate to the tab Inventory Tracker. The data needs to be transferred over in two bathes. First, items that have sold and second, items that have not sold. This is because the formulas have changes due to changes in Poshmark & Ebay fee/shipping structures. Therefore, if an item is already sold, it should be using the old formula to ensure the fees/shipping costs are accurate. If it hasn’t sold, it should use the new formulas.
Sold Data
First, Add a filter to the data. To do this navigate to the top ribbon and select “Data”. Select the header row and click “Filter”.

Then select the down arrow on the ‘Sold’ column. Click the checkmark next to ‘Blank’ to filter for only items with “Y” in the column. This will bring up only items that have sold.
Select all data, starting in column B through the end of the table (do not select Item #!). Then using the top ribbon navigate to “Home”. Click “Find & Select” the “Go to Special”.

Next, select “Visible Cells Only”. Hit “OK”.

After hitting ‘OK’, you can hit ‘CTRL-C’ on your keyboard, or the copy icon at the top of the spreadsheet.
Finally, navigate to the new file and select the first open cell in the ‘Item’ Column. Then, hit ‘CRTL – V’ or the paste icon at the top of the spreadsheet. This will paste all sold data into the new sheet.

Unsold Data
Navigate back to the old file. Select the down arrow for ‘Sold’ again. Uncheck the ‘Y’ and check ‘Blank’. This will show all unsold items.

Select only the cells with the item data in, from the ‘Item’ column through to the ‘Listed’ column. Navigate again to “Home”, then “Find & Select”, “Go to Special”, “Visible Cells Only”, and finally hit “OK”.
After hitting ‘OK’, you can hit ‘CTRL-C’ on your keyboard, or the copy icon at the top of the spreadsheet.

Navigate to the new file and go to the next blank cell in column B, the first row immediately following the sold data. Hit CTRL-V on the keyboard, or the paste icon at the top of the spreadsheet. This will paste the unsold item data into your new sheet.
Now that your data is transferred, you should be good to go!
